Alton L. "Al" Martin, Jr.

Al Martin has been practicing Workers' Compensation law for over 25 years. He has tried hundreds of job injury cases in counties throughout South Carolina. He has handled complex cases involving brain injury, incomplete paraplegia, amputations, asbestos inhalation, repetitive trauma, chemical exposure, defective products, post-traumatic stress disorder, Medicare and Medicaid interaction, subrogation, electrocution, and death. In 2005, Al helped establish the firm of Martin & Martin Attorneys, P.A. Since that time, he has devoted his practice to representing injured persons.
