Mr. Rothrock practiced law from 1986 to 1991 with Katten, Muchin & Zavis, P.C., in Chicago before joining Burns, Figa & Will, P.C., P.C, in 1991. Mr. Rothrock was born in Evanston, Illinois in 1959.
