Alex Muntean

Mr. Muntean manages Charlotte Immigration Law Firm’s family-based immigration practice, including immediate and preference category family sponsored immigrant visa petitions, K-1 visas, consular processing, inadmissibility waivers, adjustment of status, affidavit of support issues, petitions to remove conditions, and naturalizations. Mr. Muntean has represented individuals and families before the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Field Offices throughout the Carolinas and at Department of State Consular Posts around the world. Mr. Muntean founded Charlotte Immigration Law Firm in 2009 with the mission to elevate the client service experience in the practice of immigration law for individuals and families. Mr. Muntean earned his Juris Doctor degree from Dimitrie Cantemir Christian University School of Law (Cluj Napoca, Romania) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Muntean is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association , North Carolina State Bar and Mecklenburg County Bar . He is admitted to practice in North Carolina and in the U.S. District Court, Western District of North Carolina.
