Albert J. Bart

Albert Bart is a general corporate and commercial transactions attorney with over 20 years of law firm and in-house experience. At SRVH, Albert represents businesses, private equity and venture capital firms, and investors in a wide-array of corporate and transactional matters, including providing counsel on general business and operational matters, corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings. He works in a variety of industries with both buyers and sellers, issuers and financial advisors, and borrowers and lenders, as well as with corporate management teams, individual investors and significant stockholders. As Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Ceridian Corporation (the parent of Comdata Network) from 2008-2011, Albert was primarily responsible for securities, financing and other commercial transaction matters, as well as corporate governance and compensation and benefit matters.
