Alan H. Peterson

Mr. Peterson is a partner in the Raleigh office and his practice includes commercial real estate development, lending, leasing, land use and zoning. He has been actively involved with all phases of office, industrial, retail and multi-family development during his career, including acquisition and site development, landlord representation, and a wide range of land use matters. He has experience with public-private partnerships and public financing of project infrastructure.
