About Alé
Alé Dalton assists clients in the healthcare industry with a wide range of transactional, operational, and regulatory matters. Her practice focuses on providing counsel during mergers and acquisitions, as well as guiding clients through issues that arise from the complex nature of operating in a highly regulated industry. She has experience handling acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures involving hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and other providers. Alé also advises clients in matters involving clinical research and telemedicine. Alé is actively involved in efforts to meet the legal service gaps in the state by staffing community legal clinics and through Bradley’s pro bono program. She also serves as the vice chair of Bradley’s Lawyers of Color Resource Group and as a liaison for the firm’s Women’s Initiative. Alé graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law (cum laude), where she served as the executive editor of the Tennessee Law Review and a senior editor of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. She received her undergraduate degree (magna cum laude) from Lipscomb University, where she served as the Student Government Association academic chair.
