Adam Greer

Adam Greer’s healthcare practice is informed by more than a decade of legal and operations experience at large and small healthcare companies. He has extensive experience guiding physician practice groups, hospitals and health systems through transactions, regulatory and other legal issues arising in their daily operations. His experience also includes working with hospitals and health systems on various physician alignment strategies, including medical directorships, professional service agreements, management services agreements, gain-sharing and co-management arrangements along with healthcare regulatory matters, including the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
