Adam B. Snyder

Adam Snyder counsels and represents employers with respect to various benefit matters. Adam represents clients in the employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, financings and other types of transactions, including post-transaction benefits integration. He also has experience drafting benefit memos and providing guidance on payroll obligations. Prior to joining Morris, Manning & Martin, Adam practiced as an associate at a national labor and employment firm.
