Adam Arikat

Adam Arikat is a tax partner in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Adam advises public companies and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on their domestic and international acquisitions, investments, divestitures, joint ventures, financings and restructurings. Adam also has experience advising on the structuring and negotiating of complex real estate transactions, including the formation of REITs, and oil and gas transactions, including the formation of carry partnerships.
