Abby Tucker

Abby's practice focuses on the defense of management in labor and employment disputes, and the defense of medical providers in medical malpractice litigation. She also represents municipalities and school districts in the collective bargaining process. Abby has successfully represented clients in litigation in New Hampshire state courts and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
