In this area, she has experience in fiduciary litigation, during which she often assists in the prosecution and defense of clients involved in trust and estate matters. She regularly represents clients involved in actions for breach of fiduciary duty, accounting, Will and trust construction, Will contests, undue influence, fraudulent conveyance, claims against estates, and claims involving guardianship. In her commercial real estate practice, she often represents financial institutions–including banks, credit unions, publicly traded and government-sponsored enterprises, private lenders, non-profit organizations, loan servicing organizations, mortgage lenders and construction professionals–involved in commercial real estate lending disputes and litigation. She prides herself on working with clients to find solutions to complex legal problems by examining various dispute resolution options, whether by mediation, arbitration, trial, or settlement. Ms. Sharma received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, graduating in 2010. She earned a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology in 2007 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
