A. Lee "Lee" Hogewood III

Mr. Hogewood is a partner in the Raleigh office and concentrates his practice on representing creditors in litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Mr. Hogewood litigates for creditors, committees, investors, and developers, pursuing and defending claims in all North Carolina state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court. Mr. Hogewood regularly advises clients regarding the resolution of financial disputes through consensual out of court restructurings. Additionally, Mr. Hogewood represents purchasers of assets from financially distressed companies, particularly through the Section 363 bankruptcy sale process. Mr. Hogewood served as the chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section from 2009-10 and continues to be active in the Bankruptcy Section and the North Carolina Bar Association.
