I can truly say that I love my work. Building McMillan Metro has been very rewarding. Our Firm is dedicated to making a difference by listening to our clients, providing a strategic analysis and committing to a plan of action for every client matter. It has never been our goal to be the largest firm in the DC metropolitan area; however, it has always been our goal to be known for outstanding work. Over the past 40 years, I have had the opportunity to act as general counsel to a wealth of companies. I’ve been able to help clients tackle challenges and grow their businesses, building many long-lasting relationships along the way. I have core strengths that focus on business, including employment law, mergers, sales and acquisitions, transactions, entity advice, business planning and protection of intellectual property assets. By understanding our clients’ interests and goals, we are able to act as advisors to people who trust our judgment and guidance. As past President of our local Montgomery County Bar Association, and as a former law clerk to Judge David L. Calhoun, Montgomery County courthouse, I have been afforded insight into our courts and the processes and procedures. My only goal is to pursue excellence and obtain the best possible results for our clients.
