About Whitney

Whitney Bosworth is a debt finance partner in Kirkland's Miami office. Whitney regularly represents private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across industries, including health care, infrastructure, hospitality, manufacturing, consumer, energy and industrials, utilizing private credit and/or traditional bank financing. Her experience includes leverage buyouts and the subsequent and related transactions that follow, including dividend recaps, add-ons, upsizes and repricing transactions. In addition to acquisition financings, Whitney's experience also includes working capital facilities, first and second lien financing arrangements, split-lien financings and other customized loan arrangements. She also has experience representing debtors and lenders in liability management transactions both in and out of court. Known for her strong project management skills and commercial approach to negotiations, Whitney's ability to oversee complicated transactions regularly proves invaluable to clients. Whitney has been dubbed a "Rising Star" by Texas Lawyer since 2020 and "Ones to Watch" by Best Lawyer since 2023.
