Brad Neighbors is a partner in Bradley’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. He uses his experience in finance and law to counsel financial institutions in all aspects of the financial services industry, including regulatory compliance, vendor risk management, corporate governance, and M&A. His work also extends to representing insurance companies on regulatory and compliance matters. Brad serves a wide range of financial institution clients, from community banks to large regional banks, as well as non-bank financial institutions such as credit unions, finance companies or other businesses that offer in-house financing for their own goods and services. He also represents insurance company clients on regulatory and compliance matters. Brad assists his clients in staying on top of ever-changing privacy and data security issues. His relationship skills and legal acumen have aided in the formation of new banks, successful bank mergers, and the implementation of practical compliance solutions.
