Tim practices primarily in the field of creditor bankruptcy representation and insolvency planning. He also handles a select group of cases in the area of family law practice and commercial litigation. Tim represents financial institutions, secured lenders, and state agencies in a wide range of bankruptcy cases and pre-bankruptcy planning contexts. Given the complexity of bankruptcy practice, Tim focuses his client representation on secured real property interests for financial institutions, such as the protection of interests and defense of claims against other creditors. Tim has served as lead counsel and as local counsel for large creditors in casino, subdivision, construction, mining company, and contaminated property cases.
