Thomas A. Barnico Jr. is a member of the Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice group, where he represents corporations, executives and professionals in government investigations and enforcement actions as well as related complex litigation. My focusI represent clients through all stages of government investigations and criminal and civil litigation. My prior experience as an assistant district attorney in Boston, Massachusetts, has made me not only a zealous courtroom advocate, but also an attorney who is keenly aware of how the government investigates, charges and resolves criminal cases. I have seen both sides of criminal cases, so I can effectively advise clients how best to proceed.
