About Stephen
Steve is a shareholder and is responsible for complex civil litigation, handling product liability, automobile accident, premises liability and other personal injury litigation. He has also undertaken professional negligence claims involving lawyers and accountants. Steve represents clients in employment litigation, and commercial litigation. In addition, he represents clients in workers’ compensation cases, as well as individuals in contested Social Security disability matters. Steve is called on frequently to serve as an arbitrator and a mediator in civil litigation matters. Steve was lead counsel in the case of Kleinknecht v. Gettysburg College, in which the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit established the duty of care owed to student athletes involved in collegiate sports. Steve counsels clients on commercial and real estate transactions.
