Stephanie C. Silvers is recognized by many of her peers as a trailblazer in the world of commercial real estate. Silvers became one of the first women to advance to the position of partner at Pircher and has helped carve the path for the female partners who have followed. Over the past four decades, she has established herself as one of the most trusted attorneys in real estate law and now holds the highest rating available, ”AV Preeminent,“ in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings. She has also been listed among The Best Lawyers in America© in the category of Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers® since 2007. Silvers has represented some of the nation’s most notable names in commercial real estate in their complex transactions. Silvers’ client list has included household names such as Walton Street Capital, McWHINNEY, JMB Realty Corporation and GEM Realty Capital since the beginning of her career. On behalf of these firms and many more, she has played a significant role in closing approximately $1 billion in transactions and leasings across the country in the last 36 months. Silvers utilizes her extensive experience to contribute to Pircher’s in-house educational programming, facilitating financing courses at the firm through which attorneys can earn CLE credits. Furthermore, she has served as a coach for legal and business students outside of the firm through Pircher’s annual Joint Venture Challenge at major universities.
