Shri Abhyankar is an experienced patent litigator focused on helping his clients resolve disputes in an efficient and effective way. Registered to practice before the USPTO, he has litigated IP disputes in courts around the United States, covering an array of technical disciplines, including pharmaceuticals, software, and mechanical devices. He works with his clients to devise creative solutions to their problems. A partner in Alston & Bird’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group, Shri focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on patent litigation and enforcement. He represents clients in patent infringement lawsuits in federal district courts across the United States as well as before the International Trade Commission.
