About Sarah

Sarah Green is a Managing Associate in Dentons Sirote’s Huntsville, Alabama office. She is a member of the Tax practice group. Her practice focuses on Tax Controversy and Litigation. She represents clients during all phases of federal income tax controversies, including IRS audit, administrative appeals, and court proceedings in the U.S. Tax Court, federal district court, and U.S. Courts of Appeals. Sarah graduated with her JD from Liberty University, where she served as president of the Student Bar Association, received the Class of 2020 Alternative Dispute Award, was a champion in the ABA’s 2019 Regional Negotiation Competition, and qualified as a semi-finalist in the ABA’s 2019 National Negotiation Competition. She earned her BS from the University of North Alabama in political science, where she served as president of the Student Government Association and received the UNA Promising Alumni Award. Sarah has clerked for the Hon. D. Alan Mann of the 23rd Judicial Circuit of Madison County. She has also clerked for the Executive Division of the office of the Attorney General of Alabama and the Chief Justice Tom Parker of the Alabama Supreme Court.
