About Ryan

Ryan’s clients rely on his pragmatic approach to counseling on the formation, operation, and regulation of a variety of investment funds and their investment managers. Ryan advises fund managers, investors, and sponsors, from strategic discussions on fund structuring through the ongoing operation and regulation of private funds. He also advises institutional investors in connection with evaluating investments. He assists his clients with state and federal securities compliance, corporate governance, and a variety of complex business transactions, including securities offerings, fund restructurings, management reorganization, and joint ventures. Ryan serves as the co-chair of the Funds and Investment Management group. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Ryan worked as an associate for Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.
