About Peter

Peter Rosenwald leads our representation of financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, including inventory and receivables financing, equipment financing, bank participations, federal and state government lending and guarantee programs, and equity financing. His extensive lending experience allows us to address our clients' complex lending issues as well as routine lending matters. His well-developed system of delivering services enhances our clients' abilities to make loans efficiently. Peter also has extensive experience in real estate financing and development. He has represented the State of Maryland as well as private sector developers and lenders in connection with the development, purchase, sale and financing of commercial real estate projects with particular focus on shopping centers, warehouse flex space and office buildings.
