Pennock has been invested in pre-trial preparations, and will now turn his attention to jury selection and Weitz & Luxenberg's evidentiary case. With hundreds of hours already devoted to the case, Pennock said plenty of hard work was still to come. "When my six-year-old says, 'I can't wait until this trial is over,' you know trials are a lot of work," Pennock said.
