Paul J. Kiernan is a trial lawyer and appellate who focuses on administrative-agency litigation, real-estate disputes, corporate-governance litigation and local government law. He was an associate and partner at the Washington firm of Dunnells, Duvall, Bennett & Porter and became a partner at Holland & Knight in January 1994. In July 1997, Mr. Kiernan moved to Wilkes, Artis, Hedrick & Lane to head its Litigation Group. He returned to Holland & Knight in September 2000. He became executive partner in July 2008.
