About Patricia

Patty Hair has over twenty-five years of experience in litigating cases before Texas state and federal courts, presenting cases to arbitration panels and briefing and arguing cases before Texas state and federal appellate courts. Her experience has involved all aspects of commercial litigation, including disputes involving commercial and residential construction, real property development, oil and gas interests, employment, partnerships, contracts, leases, trade secrets and indemnity provisions. Ms. Hair has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Law since 1983. She serves as the practice coordinator of Phelps Dunbar's Houston litigation group.
