Focusing on land use, development, financing and disposition, she spearheads transactions featuring complex portfolios and large single assets. Nicole draws on diverse experience navigating complicated development and land use issues, to ensure her clients across the nation—from hotels and healthcare facilities to ski resorts and fitness clubs—maximize opportunities. Previously, she served as the chair of the firm’s Hospitality, Resort & Recreation industry group and, in 2018, was named one of Bisnow’s Denver Power Women for having a significant impact on the business and commercial real estate industries, and helping propel cities and communities forward. Armed with this extensive background, Nicole isn’t just an unparalleled authority in her space; she’s also a trusted advisor—cultivating deep relationships with clients. Whether she’s finding new ways to make transactions more efficient or developing smooth exit strategies and structuring opportunity zone investments, Nicole brings dedication and drive to every angle of her work. She previously served as co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, and on the committees of five advocacy and charitable groups, including Habitat for Humanity and the Urban Land Institute.
