About Nathan
Nate Eimer is a trial lawyer who has acted as trial counsel in numerous federal and state courts and arbitration settings. He also represents several Fortune 100 plaintiffs in the Fuel Surcharge Antitrust Litigation. He has recently won three contact disputes in international arbitrations for a Fortune 50 chemical company obtaining the largest award ever recovered by that company and successfully defended the other two including the recovery of fees and costs.
