About Nathan

Nathan is well-versed in both U.S. and foreign patent practice, and has significant experience prosecuting patent applications in the U.S., Europe, Japan, China, and Korea. He works with organizations with sophisticated technologies across the medical device and wireless communications industries, building deep and enduring relationships with his clients. He immerses himself in their products, business goals, industry, and competitive landscape. He leverages innovative technologies during every step of the patent lifecycle to deliver high quality services in a consistent, timely, and cost-effective manner. Previously, Nathan designed and tested hardware systems for an international aerospace and defense company. His engineering experience included designing, modeling, and fabricating aircraft and missile components. He has experience with finite element modeling and has developed several customized parametric modeling programs. As a graduate student, Nathan designed and built a customized split-Hopkinson pressure bar to characterize the high strain-rate mechanical and thermodynamic properties of various polymers used in aerospace and military applications.
