About Michael
Michael Dolan concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, secured lending, and telecommunications, representing various clients on a national basis in a wide range of transactions including the development of telecommunications and fiber optic networks and infrastructure, commercial leasing and development, zoning and land use, as well as traditional and structured real estate finance and work-outs. He also advises clients with respect to general business and corporate issues. Michael served as a law clerk to the Honorable Donald F. Shea of the Rhode Island Supreme Court from September 1989 through August 1990. He is recognized by Woodward/White’s The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Litigation – Real Estate and Real Estate Law and was named the Best Lawyers' 2014 Providence Litigation - Real Estate "Lawyer of the Year."
