She has more than 24 years of experience serving clients in the healthcare industry and is Board Certified in Health Law as recognized by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Her healthcare practice focuses on health reform matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial transactions, healthcare regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, managed care and international business ventures for healthcare clients.
