About Macrina

Macrina assists clients with complex commercial and environmental litigation matters with a focus on energy and natural resource development disputes. Macrina also litigates industrial safety matters and assists clients in all aspects of workplace safety and crisis management. Macrina practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, environmental and natural resources law, industrial safety, and government affairs. She assists clients in all aspects of judicial and administrative proceedings, including state and federal court motions practice, discovery, dispute resolution, and appellate briefing. Workplace Safety and Emergency ResponseMacrina counsels companies following major incidents, well fires, and fatalities. Macrina also represents companies during government investigations conducted by OSHA, MSHA, U.S. Chemical Safety Board (CSB), DOT, various state agencies and whistleblower actions, including all phases of subsequent administration challenges. Before joining Holland & Hart, Macrina practiced civil litigation at a local Cheyenne firm and served as a summer clerk to Chief Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal of the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming.
