About Lincoln

Lincoln Chen is a sharp and passionate commercial litigator and corporate counsel who represents world-class logistics companies, health care conglomerates, financial lenders, and various other business interests in both state and federal court. Prior to his arrival with the firm, Lincoln worked at LeClairRyan, where his national practice focused on a broad range of matters with an emphasis on protecting clients’ interests with integrity, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail. Lincoln clerked for the 133rd District Court of Harris County, where he briefed cases for the honorable Judge Jaclanel McFarland, before beginning his litigation career first in Austin, where he brought complex mass tort claims against medical device manufacturers, and later the greater Dallas Fort Worth area, where he worked on a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters, ranging from corporate fraud defense to real property disputes.
