About Lee-Ann

Lee-Ann Brown’s practice is focused on construction, government contracts, and insurance coverage matters. In her construction and government contracts practice, Lee-Ann represents clients in both the prosecution and defense of claims on public and private projects. She regularly counsels clients in cases involving federal and state Miller Act and Prompt Payment Act claims, claims for delay and extended general conditions, and other complex contractual disputes. She has significant experience litigating claims surrounding the construction and improvement of highways/infrastructure and large-scale federal buildings, including new embassy compounds and other secured federal buildings.
