About Kyle

Kyle Garry is a partner in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kyle has significant experience advising private investment fund sponsors on a variety of corporate, transactional and securities law matters. His experience includes advising clients on fund formation, capital raising, management company and general partner structuring, operation of private investment funds and marketing and placement agent arrangements. Kyle’s experience also includes advising private fund sponsors on matters relating to single investor funds, managed accounts, co-investment vehicles, alternative investment vehicles, fund liquidations and regulatory compliance issues. He has represented the sponsors of private equity, private credit, opportunistic, secondary, infrastructure, real estate and other funds in forming private investment funds ranging in size from several hundred million to multibillion dollars.
