About Kristen

Kristen Molloy is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on advising private equity funds and their portfolio companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructurings and recapitalizations, executive compensation, incentive equity arrangements, and other general corporate matters. Kristen also has experience representing private equity funds and public and private companies in connection with acquisition financings, restructurings, refinancings, and debtor-in-possession financings.
