About Kasi

Kasi Chadwick is Senior Counsel for Houston-Based Hicks Thomas LLP. Ms. Chadwick’s practice focuses on commercial and business litigation with an emphasis on resolving disputes concerning employers. Ms. Chadwick routinely represents employers in workplace investigations, proceedings before governmental bodies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Workforce Commission, and of course, in litigation in state and federal courts. Ms. Chadwick is known as a results-driven litigator, which often helps in achieving a successful resolution early. If litigation does become necessary, Ms. Chadwick is a tenacious advocate pursuing her clients’ goals and objectives. A member of the State Bar of Texas, Ms. Chadwick was selected as a Houston Young Lawyers Fellow in 2018, a distinction limited to 1% of Houston’s Young Lawyers. In 2019, she was also selected as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, an honor reserved for the top 1/3 of 1% of Texas Lawyers. Ms. Chadwick was also named to the 2019 and 2020 Texas Rising Stars list, which recognizes up-and-coming attorneys. Presently, Ms. Chadwick is the Treasurer of the Houston Bar Association’s Litigation Section and is a coach of the University of Houston Law Center’s Mock Trial Team.
