About Joshua

Joshua L. Hornady is a shareholder in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office, where he is a member of the Litigation practice group. Josh regularly guides companies and individuals through complex and challenging disputes. Drawing on his trial, arbitration, and appellate litigation experience, he helps clients creatively resolve disputes, effectively advocate their position, and implement changes to maximize efficiency and reduce risks. Through his commercial and corporate practice, he regularly represents clients with business disputes across industries including real estate, banking and financial services, construction, insurance and financial professionals and firms, and emerging businesses. He also counsels and represents clients with regulatory compliance, government enforcement and investigations, and white-collar criminal matters.
