About Joshua

Josh represents a wide range of business and individual clients in complex litigation matters. He advises clients on compliance with state and federal laws across multiple industries. He draws on his experience arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and a strong background in shareholder derivative suits, business disputes, real estate transactional and property disputes, construction defect litigation, employment law, and civil rights litigation at the State and Federal level in trials and appeal. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Josh worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Janet J. Berry and as a Deputy Attorney General in the Bureau of Litigation at the Nevada Attorney General's Office.
