About Jon

Jon is an experienced trial lawyer who has managed and led all aspects of high-stakes litigation. He has a proven track record both in and out of the courtroom of meeting his clients' goals through efficient and effective representation. With more than ten years of experience, Jon has represented clients in a wide range of high-profile complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters, including securities, corporate control, and antitrust disputes. His practice focuses on representing corporations as well as alternative entities, officers and directors, and stockholders in litigation involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance disputes, proxy contests, derivative suits, class actions involving allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, and regulatory enforcement actions relating to corporate transactions. Before returning to Nevada in 2018, Jon played a leading role in high-stakes corporate governance and merger-and-acquisitions litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Jon also has extensive experience representing distressed investors, lenders, litigation trustees, indenture trustees, trade creditors, and other parties in some of the most complex corporate restructurings matters, including representing an array of swap counterparties in In re Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
