About John

John Morson is a Managing Associate in Dentons Sirote’s Birmingham, Alabama office where he is a member of the Corporate practice group. John’s areas of practice include corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. John graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law as a Dean’s Scholar and a member of the Law and Economics Society. He graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with BA in history. During his undergraduate years, John received a Presidential Scholarship, the Brindley Endowed Scholarship, and the Distinguished Undergraduate History Major Award and was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. A native of Birmingham, John is excited to live and serve in his hometown. Some of John’s interests include travel, sports, reading, and volunteering with children and teens who have special needs.
