Jacqueline Altman practices civil litigation, focusing primarily on patent litigation and personal injury defense. Prior to joining Naman Howell, Jacqueline practiced patent litigation at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in San Diego, focusing primarily on representing generic pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients at the district court level, co-pending IPRs, and through appeals at the Federal Circuit and Supreme Court. Jacqueline’s experience extends to all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation strategy through post-trial. She has been on the trial team for multiple Hatch-Waxman cases, including the defense team that invalidated the patents relating to the blockbuster drug Restasis®, a verdict ultimately upheld by the United States Supreme Court. Previously, Jacqueline served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable K. Nicole Mitchell in the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division.
