About Ilanit

Ilanit is an attorney in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. She represents employers in a broad range of matters relating to the workplace, including claims of unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and contract disputes before federal and state courts, and administrative agencies. A significant portion of Ilanit’s practice is also devoted to counseling employers on preventive measures they may take to avoid or reduce employment-related claims, including counseling on day-to-day issues, providing employee training, conducting audits, preparing and reviewing policies, and drafting of contracts. Ilanit also practices with the firm’s Education Law Group representing independent and private schools in board, staff, and student matters. Ilanit currently is serving Board Member of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and past Chair (2020) of the Women’s Council of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Ilanit is fluent in Spanish.
