Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Trey Perdue is a Managing Associate in Dentons Sirote’s Litigation group, where his practice covers a broad range of general business and commercial litigation matters representing clients from diverse industries. Trey has extensive experience handling transportation, construction defect, premises liability, products liability, and workers’ compensation claims in both state and federal courts throughout the state of Alabama. Trey received his Juris Doctor from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association, was a senior editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, and was the co-founder of the Cumberland Air & Space Law Society. Additionally, Trey was a member of the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board, won the James O. Haley Federal Trial Competition, and was selected by the faculty to serve as a Judge Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. In 2017, Trey was recognized for his outstanding scholastic achievement by being named to Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges®. Prior to attending Cumberland, Trey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, with a minor in political science, from Auburn University.
