Heidi Tallentire
About Heidi
For more than 15 years, Heidi Tallentire has focused her practice exclusively on complex matrimonial and family law matters. She has particular experience representing executives in the hedge fund, private equity, and venture capital sectors, as well as other high-net-worth individuals. In the highly personal area of family law, Heidi approaches each of her cases individually. She works to understand her clients’ specific desires, and builds her legal strategies around them. When matters can’t be resolved through negotiation, she is prepared to address them in court and has tried multiple cases in New York and Connecticut courts. Before co-founding KSTM, she was a partner at Blank Rome, in one of the nation’s largest matrimonial practices. Heidi recently served as an adjunct professor of law at Rutgers School of Law-Newark’s S.I. Newhouse Center for Law and Justice, where she taught courses on family law. She is also an active leader of nonprofit organizations dedicated to strengthening families and assisting those in need. She previously sat on the board of directors of Sheltering Arms, which seeks to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty through educational and developmental support for children and families in New York. She was also a board member of Weston United, which provides housing for the homeless and assists those with mental illnesses in New York City.
