About Glenn
As Chair of the Land Use & Real Estate department, Glenn has vast experience representing both public and private clients in matters concerning land use, zoning, redevelopment and environmental issues. Leveraging that experience, along with his in-depth industry knowledge and litigation skills, he has tried cases successfully in both the state and federal courts.Glenn regularly represents public entities (including public utilities), developers and citizens before zoning and planning boards in a wide range of matters, including proposals for industrial, commercial and residential development and redevelopment. He has appeared before over 100 local and state agencies on his clients’ behalf, seeking approvals, addressing project-specific issues and resolving conflicts between stakeholders in the development process. He also has served as a condemnation commissioner for the New Jersey Superior Court. Glenn also has experience with Condominium and Homeowners Association's public offering statements and by-laws.Glenn serves as a co-adjunct faculty member for Rutgers University, and regularly teaches courses in government, ethics and land use for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Municipal Engineering Institute.
