About Edwina

Edwina Kye is an Immigration Attorney at the firm's Seattle office and a member of the firm’s Global Immigration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on business immigration, representing a broad range of domestic and multinational employers on the development of case strategy through execution. She has experience representing and advising employers in all areas of business immigration, including temporary employment visas, labor certifications, and permanent residency. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Edwina was an Associate at an employment immigration practice in the NYC area. Edwina is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the ABA-affiliated association for attorneys practicing immigration law.
