Dan's practice focuses on financing transactions, including the representation of private equity sponsors, investment funds, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in leveraged acquisition financings, secured and unsecured financings, refinancings, restructurings, dividend recapitalizations, senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions and cross-border financings. Prior to joining Kirkland's Debt Finance Practice Group, Dan focused his practice on debt finance, M&A and private equity transactions.
