Charles M. Ferguson, Esq., joined Weitz & Luxenberg in 1989 as an associate attorney in our Asbestos Litigation group. He has been admitted to practice law in the state of New York since 1988; not long after that, he gained the privilege to represent clients in U.S. District Court (Southern and Eastern Districts of New York). Mr. Ferguson received a juris doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1987. He completed undergraduate studies at Wilkes College, which, in 1983, conferred upon him a bachelor of arts degree.
