Carolyn S. Nachmias

Carolyn S. Nachmias is a shareholder and founding member of Nachmias Morris & Alt, P.C. Carolyn has extensive experience structuring various forms of entities and transactions, counseling clients regarding tax exempt financing and serving as outside general counsel to business and nonprofit entities and individual family offices. Moreover, Carolyn counsels individuals regarding estate planning and all domestic and international income tax matters. She also advises businesses and individuals concerning tax compliance - federal, state and local. Carolyn’s more than thirty years of experience includes not only private law firm practice, but also authorship of a treatise on joint ventures and teaching as a tenured professor at a local law school.
